The Royal Wedding Affair

The Royal Wedding Affair

Punjab’s World War II hero and last Military Cross awardee Colonel Daljit Singh Randhawa’s youngest grandson, Shahbeer Singh Randhawa ties a knot with Punjab’s famous Fashion Designer & Stylist, Mannat Sandhu in an intimate luxurious setup. Modern decor, glamorous outfits, dance, the events had it all! The wedding events were lively, colourful, and flamboyant in general. It was a spectacular wedding of the season, and they celebrated it like a big carnival, exhibiting splendid grandeur.

Mannat & Shahbeer

The groom’s attire designed by Punit Arora combines artistic and vibrant design. The colour combination, as well as the style, is one-of-a-kind. He is dressed in a light mauve pink sherwani with intricate woven designs. He wears it with a beautifully embroidered Safa and Pants. The stole, which has floral embroidery, is the nicest element of his attire. The golden motifs in golden shades create magic. The Red Mala and Sword add to the grandeur of the look.

One word, we’d use to describe Mannat’s bridal look is “Royalty.” Her Lehenga on the wedding day was shining brighter than the sun. She chose a heavily embellished Lehenga from the house of Rimple And Harpreet Narula. We were immediately enthralled by this lehenga design, which was made of net fabric and included a blend of intricate embroidery throughout, as well as a sheer dupatta that added drama to the ensemble. She was the buzz of the town the moment her wedding photos hit social media. She carried dewy makeup and flushed cheeks with a beautiful smile throughout. Her radiant light green jewellery with a dash of royalty portrays the vibrant history and culture of Punjab. Professionals of Khurana Jewellery House crafted this award-winning bridal jewellery with Russian Emeralds, the stone with powerful healing energy. The very famous Janhvi Kapoor has also worn this decent jewellery piece in one of her photoshoots.

The Engagement

Peacocks not just provide an ethereal touch to Indian clothing, but also hold symbolic importance to the big day. The peacock is synonymous with Goddess Lakshmi in Hindu culture, and it brings wealth, health, happiness, and a lot of luck to your married life. Peacocks were a key component of Mannat’s engagement attire. Their heavenly beauty added a touch of royalty and Indian culture to her modern attire. Small beautifully embroidered peacocks and flowers can be seen on both the Lehenga skirt and the blouse. On an otherwise muted tone Lehenga, the vibrant green and blue hues provide vibrancy and amazing features that capture our attention.

She stayed loyal to her simply elegant style by wearing Polki Gold jewellery from Khurana Jewellery House, a simple hairdo, and natural makeup. She wanted to carry a clean look, which she attained with a ponytail that was going perfect with the intricacy of her Lehenga. Talking about her makeup, she carried her signature eye liner ombré shimmer on the lids. She was presented with  an exclusive diamond and emerald jewellery from Orra from her in-laws which can be seen in her engagement picture. The emerald jewellery was looking perfect with the outfit. She is lucky to have an engagement ring designed by her husband. The beautiful ring was from Talwar Jewellery House.

Her husband, Shahbeer Singh Randhawa designed his royal engagement outfit himself. In order to match his outfit with Mannat’s ensemble, he draped Pashmina Shawl over Blue Achkan which was looking extremely classic.

The Colouful Mehendi Ceremony

For her Mehendi ceremony, Mannat chose a unique mustard-coloured Lehenga adorned in beautiful gold threadwork with a thick border that ran around the hemline of her skirt. Her Mehendi outfit was also designed by Rimple And Harpreet Narula. A tint of light blue colour enhances the look of her Lehenga. To complete her Mehendi look, she draped a similar net dupatta over it. The artistic look captured our attention when paired with statement diamond jewellery from Khurana Jewellery House. Her bold eyeliner, pink lips, smoky eyes, and gleaming highlighter make us go “wow”.

The groom kept the look simple and sophisticated. He designed his Ivory Kurta Pyjama and Pastel Green Achkan himself to match the theme of the Mehendi ceremony. His attire complements and pairs well with the mustard colour of the bridal outfit. Both bride and groom look like a dream in their Mehendi outfits.

The Chura Ceremony

At her Chura ceremony, the bride donned a maroon-toned suit with all-over elaborated, intricate embroidery. The eye-pleasing outfit was from the house of Rimple And Harpreet Narula. The intricate work and fabric used in this ensemble give it the quintessential poise and charm. She also kept the rest of her look minimal, whether it was jewellery, hair, or makeup. We adore her exquisite and refreshing sense of styling.

The Joyful Dhol Night

Here’s Mannat showing everyone how to ace a Kaftan at a wedding event. We can’t stop drooling over Mannat’s Dhol night outfit from Rimple And Harpreet Narula. The alluring purple-coloured Kaftan featured Bandhani print with Boho rustic embroidery on the neck going all the way down to the torso. Her antique studs with yellow stone, simple French Mohawk braid, light pink lipstick and winged eyeliner are enough make her look stunning.

The Path

Mannat’s Path look in this heavenly earthy tone Sharara from Rimple And Harpreet Narula is absolutely admiring.  She is grabbing our attention with her great style, and we are immediately bookmarking her stunning ensemble. While her classic Sharara is trending on social media, it’s her immaculate makeup look that we can’t get enough of. Mannat’s minimal makeup was a refreshing change. Her nude lips were matched with a wash of matching light eyeshadow, naturally coloured brows, and signature eyeliner, giving us a “subtle is ideal” bridal beauty lesson. She wanted a little ethical-modern touch in the hair styling so her hairstylist incorporated curls with braids to highlight her Emerald and Ruby earrings. The hairdo is not only fuss-free but also draws our attention to her attractive face.

While brides these days prefer outfits from different designers for every different wedding function, Mannat stayed loyal to her signature style and chose outfits from Rimple & Harpreet Narula for all six wedding events.  Like, literally! It has to be RAH for all the right reasons. The fabric, the colours, the unique designs, the cuts, the effortless embroidery with a modern twist, everything is impressive about RAH outfits!
