To help protect yourself from misunderstandings, we strongly recommend obtaining a clear written or electronic Booking Acknowledgment directly from the Vendor before or immediately after making any booking payment.
Your Booking Acknowledgment Should Include
Before making a booking, make sure the Vendor provides a Booking Acknowledgment clearly mentioning:

ShaadiAffair may provide platform-level assistance in relation to a Vendor-related issue only where the Customer can provide a valid and complete Booking Acknowledgment together with relevant supporting records showing the terms agreed with the Vendor.
The Booking Acknowledgment and supporting records may help ShaadiAffair understand the circumstances and review the matter.
Where appropriate, ShaadiAffair may review the information provided and take platform-level action or provide platform-level guidance in accordance with its policies and applicable terms.
However, any assistance provided by ShaadiAffair:
Why Your Booking Acknowledgment Matters
Your Booking Acknowledgment is an important record of the agreement between you and the Vendor.

For this reason, always obtain a proper Booking Acknowledgment and keep it safely until your event and all related matters are completely finished.
