ShaadiAffair.com is an online wedding vendor directory, discovery and promotional platform that allows customers to discover independent wedding vendors and allows vendors to present and promote their businesses and services.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using ShaadiAffair.com. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to in them.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the platform.
1. Nature of ShaadiAffair
ShaadiAffair.com operates as a vendor discovery and promotional platform.
Our role is to provide a digital platform through which customers may discover, view information about, and contact independent wedding vendors.
ShaadiAffair does not itself provide wedding services, including photography, videography, catering, decoration, makeup, venue services, planning, entertainment, transportation, or any other services offered by vendors listed on the platform.
Vendors listed on ShaadiAffair are independent businesses or service providers and are not employees, agents, representatives, franchisees, or service providers of ShaadiAffair solely by reason of being listed on the platform.
2. Vendor–Customer Relationship
Any enquiry, quotation, negotiation, booking, payment, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, service agreement, or other arrangement concerning a Vendor's services is directly between the Customer and the Vendor.
ShaadiAffair is not a party to the agreement between a Customer and a Vendor.
ShaadiAffair does not determine:
the Vendor's prices;
the Vendor's booking amount;
the Vendor's availability;
the services agreed between the parties;
the Vendor's cancellation or refund policy;
the Vendor's payment schedule; or
the manner in which the Vendor performs its services.
Customers should communicate directly with Vendors and carefully review all terms before making a booking or payment.
3. Vendor Information
Vendor profiles may contain information, descriptions, photographs, videos, pricing information, service details, policies, contact information, claims, and other material submitted or maintained by the respective Vendor.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.
ShaadiAffair may review, moderate, edit for formatting, restrict, suspend, or remove content or profiles where permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
The appearance of information on ShaadiAffair does not, by itself, constitute a recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, certification, or representation by ShaadiAffair regarding the Vendor or its services.
4. Paid Listings and Promotional Packages
ShaadiAffair may offer Vendors paid listing, advertising, promotional, visibility, placement, or other commercial packages.
The benefits, duration, placement, features, and applicable fees of each package will be communicated to the Vendor before purchase or activation.
Paid placement means that the Vendor has purchased the applicable promotional service from ShaadiAffair.
Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, certification, or representation by ShaadiAffair regarding the Vendor's quality, suitability, reliability, pricing, availability, or performance.
ShaadiAffair may determine the design, placement, presentation, and technical implementation of paid promotional features.
5. Vendor Fees
Vendors may be required to pay applicable listing or promotional fees to use paid features of ShaadiAffair.
Fees, package duration, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable package terms or required by applicable law, fees for an activated paid listing or promotional service are non-refundable.
Vendor fees are paid for the applicable ShaadiAffair listing or promotional service and do not constitute payment for any wedding service provided by a Vendor to a Customer.
ShaadiAffair does not receive or hold a Customer's booking payment on behalf of a Vendor unless ShaadiAffair expressly introduces a separate payment service under separate terms.
